Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-25
Summary
We collect what you give us — through the contact form on apgility.com, or by booking a call via Calendly. We use it to reply or schedule. No cookies or third-party trackers load until you click "Book a call" — at which point Calendly's widget loads with its own cookies. We don't sell or share your information beyond the infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the site.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name — so we know who to address
- Email address — so we can reply
- Subject (optional) — to help us triage
- Message — the content of your inquiry
- IP address — passed automatically by your browser and used for rate limiting and spam protection. We don't store it long-term.
That's the entire scope. We don't track page views, scroll depth, session recordings, ad attribution, or anything else.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your message and, if it leads to an engagement, to administer that relationship. We do not market to you, add you to mailing lists, or repurpose the data.
Where it goes
The form posts to a Cloudflare Worker which validates it against Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and, if valid, sends an email via Cloudflare Email Routing to our internal inbox.
From there it sits in our email provider's storage along with our normal business correspondence.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request data (IPs, headers, payload) as our infrastructure provider. They publish their own privacy policy and security commitments.
We use Calendly to handle intro-call scheduling. The widget only loads when you click "Book a call"; on every other page interaction the site fetches no Calendly assets. Once invoked, Calendly collects what it needs to schedule the meeting (name, email, time slot, and any notes you provide) and processes it as our sub-processor under their privacy policy.
Beyond Cloudflare and Calendly, we use no analytics, advertising, marketing, or session-recording services. No data is sold or shared with anyone else.
Cookies
By default, none. Cloudflare's bot-protection widget (Turnstile) may set transient browser storage when you open the contact form, strictly to verify you aren't an automated script; it does not track you across sites.
If you click "Book a call", Calendly's scheduling widget loads and sets its own cookies to manage the booking session. Those cookies are governed by Calendly's privacy policy (linked above) and don't load until you choose to schedule.
Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably useful for the business relationship. Rate-limiting data is held in Cloudflare's edge cache only long enough to enforce the limit (≤ 60 seconds) and is keyed by IP address only.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of those rights, contact us using the contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
Apgility's services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any material changes here and update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
